Richard is the owner of Awaken to Health a traditional healing and counseling space in White River Junction, Vermont.
Richard has a Bachelor of Science from Franklyn Pierce University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Vermont College at Union Instiute & University located in Brattleboro, Vermont. Richard holds a CADAC and is licensed to practice alcohol and drug counseling in the State of Vermont.
Richard is also a registered polarity practitioner and craniosacral therapist and treats patients that have been unable to be free from from emotional or physical pain and discomfort through other mainstream practices. Polarity and craniosacral therapeutic approaches include bodywork to treat the magnetic fields of the body, personal attitude awareness to address life concerns, nutrition for improved clarity of mind, body and emotions, and yoga or meditation for improved sense of groundedness, connectiveness and sense of well-being.
