What are these procedures that lead to change that keep getting referenced on this site?

There are four key questions that compose part of these procedures:

  1. What do you want?
  2. What are you doing to get what you want?
  3. Is it working?
  4. If not, what else could you do?

In addition to these four questions, the environment / relationship and the ability to help a person create a viable plan (to help them get what they want) complete the procedures that lead to change.
