What more could you ask for in a coaching model? A quick search of Amazon.com shows over 20 books on the topic of choice theory and its related coaching application, reality therapy. Now I am sure that some coaches will object to the use of the word "therapy" saying:
WE DON'T DO COUNSELING. I couldn't agree more. When you look -- and I mean really look -- at choice theory you find a model for helping people look at their what they are doing, re-focus their attitude and ultimately make better choices. Gee, isn't that coaching? Last update : 06-12-2007 15:42
